Once-in-a-generation opportunity

Our founder, Jamie Cunningham, sees AI as a once-in-a-generation opportunity to transform the Employee Experience. While leading Microsoft’s High-Performance Organization Laboratory, he discovered the potential of blending AI adoption with a people-first approach to improve the Employee Experience and Organisational Performance. This led to the creation of PSA and our proprietary AI Adoption Methodology (PSAAM).
